I had a wonderful time at the Riu Palace Punta Cana! The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds and luxurious amenities. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing staff who were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, I did experience some communication issues with the front desk, which was a bit frustrating at times. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing vacation, but I’d advise against booking large groups here unless you’re ready for some challenges regarding coordination.
